At Prime Bites®, we strive to deliver the highest quality snacks; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on incorrect or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. To ensure food safety, we cannot accept returns for opened products or those where a customer simply dislikes the flavor profile.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Package

    Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your order for any signs of transit damage or missing items before opening the individual product seals.

    Contact Support

    If your order is incorrect or damaged, email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue to initiate a claim.

  • 3.
    Receive Authorization

    Once our team reviews your request, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions if a physical return is required.

  • 4.
    Resolution Process

    After verifying the claim, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
